Learners will cover biomechanics of movement, player screening and assessment, advanced programming for strength, power, speed, agility, and energy system development. The aim is to produce graduates who can apply an exceptional level of knowledge in the sport and exercise environment to harness the physiological mechanisms of the human body in order to maximise an individual’s development.

Once you have completed your Strength & Conditioning qualification you will attain a certificate. With this qualification, start to work in the field as a fully recognised and qualified strength and conditioning practitione. This qualification is globally recognised allowing you to travel around the world working as you go. All qualification are recognised worldwide and are delivered to the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).

Workshops provide the bases for practical base learning and provide coaches with the skill sets they will need to deliver effective training programmes. Workshops will show case fundamental moment skills required for best practice effective preparation for Athletes.

All workshops are held at various locations throughout Europe and are available to the students on the program on a monthly basis. All of the workshops take place over the last weekend of every month. The workshops are held at our educational institutes in a number of large cities throughout Europe.

Once you register and pay for your strength & conditioning course you will be given access to online modules and online performance manuals covering all the various components of the strength and conditioning qualification. All online videos, tutorials and manuals will be available to you indefinitely and can be used as a point of references as you move through your career.

At APEC Courses we like to make sure that our courses are always accessible. We offer a very simple and easy to setup payment plan for all our Strength & Conditioning and Personal Training courses. With our payment plans you can spread your payments over monthly payments of €100. This will mean a course that costs €500 can now be paid at €100 a month for 5 months.

Course Overview

The Strength & Conditioning qualification was specifically designed to aid international Strength & Conditioning coaches and fitness professionals.  Producing specialist coaching professionals capable of delivering highly effective practical and theoretical Strength & Conditioning knowledge and skills. The S&C course is regarded as the industry standard for Strength and Conditioning practitioners looking to work within sports.

Course Modules

Each module provides a comprehensive overview of the specific areas of Strength & Conditioning. Once coaches have completed the course, they will be capable of working as part of a multidisciplinary team as a fully qualified Strength and Conditioning coach. The course is delivered over an 8-day period. The Strength and Conditioning qualification structure is on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).

Course Delivery

Coaches will cover strength, power, speed, movement skill, training methodology and various training techniques. Throughout the duration of the course coaches will be required to complete online education modules as well as a case study as part of the final exam. The qualification consists of practical and theory-based exam where coaches will be assessed on elements of modules covered on the course.
